Oh what a difference a year makes while in the eye of a "pandemic" as even doctors make an about turn, and it appears to be lead by Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Dr. Anthony Fauci according to Wikipedia is an American physician-scientist and immunologist serving as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Chief Medical Advisor to the President.

The 81 year old, has acted as an advisor to every U.S. president since Ronald Reagan.

Fauci was one of the world's most frequently cited scientists across all scientific journals. In 2008, President George W. Bush awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the United States, for his work on the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).

In 2019, a few months pre-pandemic, Dr. Fauci had an interview on The David Rubenstein Show. Mr. Rubenstein, co-founder and co-executive chairman of The Carlyle Group and a renowned philanthropist, is host of "The David Rubenstein Show," which explores the stories of influential leaders.

During the interview Rubenstein ask the doctor, "what is the best way to prevent me getting an infectious disease and having to have you as my doctor is what, wear a mask...?".

Dr. Fauci interrupted and said, "No, no, no... you avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive, A. Good diet, B. You don't smoke I know, C. Get good sleep... I think that the normal low tech healthy things are the best things, you David can do to stay healthy".

But of course for the rest of us this all changed during the pandemic to wearing not only one mask, but in some instances two and three, and getting vaccinated with an experimental drug. Oh how future generations will judge us harshly for abandoning our common-sense, and participating in this ordeal, in order to return to normal lives during the pandemic.
